We master our quality Stampers for all major formats, including layers for DVD-5s, DVD-9s, and DVD-10s. We can also provide barcodes, logos and text in a variety of fonts on the Stamper identification band.

All source data is processed and uploaded to high-performance network servers that supply the source content for our Laser Beam Recorders. Our recorders use Eclipse, DCA, and Toolex encoders. All masters and Stampers are tested for book specification signal characteristics, meeting the highest possible standards.

We use the "Capsule" to makes stampers at 6X for CDs and 2R for DVDs. The standard system has one LBR unit with the option to add an additional unit, if necessary. The laser beam recorder uses an air-bearing guide and voice-coil linear motor, producing high-accuracy head translation. The beam guide is adjustable by a beam expander ratio and aperture.
